    Forte Group is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for growing the market share of the Forte Group Inc.



    • Prospect and identify new sales leads.
    • Research about the technology needs of the companies and learn who are decision makers.
    • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
    • Negotiate MSA’s and SOW’s for staff augmentation and project based work.
    • Consistently meet weekly meeting quotas as well as quarterly sales goals.
    • Daily and weekly reports on the status of prospect meetings and activity.
    • Collaborate with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue.


    • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, of which at least 2 years in Software development sales or technology staff augmentation.  
    • Experience developing portfolio of net new clients.
    • Actively identifying and qualifying prospects through different selling strategies.
    • Selling to C-level / VP / Director level customers.
    • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
    • Selling to mid- and large-sized enterprise clients.
    • Effective, professional communication in written and verbal form.
    • Persuasive; able to present and sell ideas.
    • Well-organized, with strong follow-up and attention to details.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Resilience and strong mental toughness.
    • Resourcefulness.
    • Self-starter.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
