    We are looking for experienced, competitive, and motivated Account Executives to join our team. Forte is built on lasting relationships with our customers; Account Executives serve as the face of our organization in delivering a high level of customer service and support to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Knowledge and proper representation of Forte and all of our lines of business
    • Managing our client’s existing relationships and developing new business opportunities
    • Maintaining and growing customer satisfaction and long-term sales results within Forte Group’s clients
    • Introducing new clients that work well with Forte core expertise
    • Effectively handling day-to-day professional communication with the clients and the Delivery Team
    • Enforcing deadlines for proper levels of communication: requisition fulfillment, projects, programs
    • Understanding clients’ needs and collaborate to ensure delivery
    • with Recruiters - to provide staffing insights to fill positions
    • Communicate clients' pipelines to the team to achieve high levels of results
    • with Technical Personnel to step in and devise a solution as needed
    • with others in the organization to find the right partners for delivery
    • Proving value to your customer, being their advisor and partner
    • Ensuring necessary paperwork execution (Agreement, Purchase Order, Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, Compliance Audit, etc.)
    • Attaining targeted sales goals and performance levels through effective management of resources and report sales activity regularly
    • Delivering high quality customer services externally (candidates and clients) and internally (your team)

     

    Qualifications

    • At least 4 years professional experience with 2 years of which have been in Account Management or Business Development within the IT Staffing industry
    • High energy with a positive attitude, customer service oriented
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers, Decision Makers and Influencers (Manager, Director, VP, C-Level etc)
    • Experience building sustainable long-term relationships & becoming an advisor to clients on technical solutions
    • A track record of identifying new opportunities within accounts and acting upon them to deliver quantifiable growth results
    • Managing daily tasks related to account management, sales & recruitment
    • Must be able to maintain or exceed sales quotas to ensure proper levels of customer satisfaction and service
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; consistent follow up skills
    • Effective and professional communication and presentation skills, both written & oral
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Cold call, prospecting experience and negotiating skills
    • Strong follow up skills, ability to set and manage multiple tasks and deliverables
