    We are looking for a Business Development Director to build on our tremendous growth momentum.

    As a Business Development Director, you will be part of our U.S. sales team based in Chicago, responsible for growing a portfolio of new logo client accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new opportunities with multi-industry client organizations through aggressive direct prospecting, using existing networks, contacts, and pursuing company assigned leads
    • Drive sales activity in line with individual revenue targets for new business development
    • Manage sales planning, forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting to ensure sales activity and opportunity progression are in alignment with assigned revenue targets.
    • Ensure that all sales activity and communication are tracked and updated consistently in our CRM

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in senior-level business development roles, working with onshore and offshore IT services firms
    • Proven and verifiable experience selling managed services and solutions-based services to enterprise and mid-market clients
    • A demonstrated track record of sales success, meeting and/or exceeding individual revenue targets of $2.5m
    • A network of multi-industry contacts for immediate opportunity identification
    • A history of successfully working with internal business and technology partners, including solutions and delivery teams, as part of the sales process
    • Tech savvy and able to engage in technical communication with internal team members, prospects, and clients
    • Ambitious and driven with a focus on personal and company sales achievement
    • Strong writing and analytical, discernment, and decision-making skills
    • BA/BS required; MS preferred
