    We seek a creative and ambitious Account Executive to work with our growing team in Chicago.

    As an Account Executive, you will act as the liaison between Forte Group and our clients. Do you like building relationships that drive long-term customer success?

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and grow client satisfaction and long-term sales revenue with Forte Group clients
    • Understand clients’ needs and work with them and our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of each project
    • Work with recruiters to provide staffing insights and technical personnel to step in and devise solutions
    • Handle and facilitate the day-to-day communication between the client and delivery teams
    • Find opportunities to build relationships that help grow established accounts.
    • Achieve targeted sales and performance goals through the effective management of resources and reporting tools
    • Create budgets and schedules designed to meet client needs and enforce deadlines for requisition fulfillment, projects, and programs
    • Craft and ensure the execution of paperwork related to client projects
    • Conduct and coordinate customer presentations

    Qualifications

    • At least four years of experience working in the technology services industry, such as technology solutions, outsourcing, managed services, or tech staffing
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
    • Experience building and maintaining sustainable relationships, acting as an advisor to clients on talent and technical solutions, from director-level and above to hiring managers
    • A track record of identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and acting upon them to deliver quantifiable growth results
    • A proven and consistent record of meeting and exceeding quotas
    • A customer-centric approach: facilitate exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and service
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and consistent follow-up skills
    • Driven and motivated personality
