We are looking for a leader to join our organization that will spearhead company's HR strategy and daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in designing and facilitating a talent planning process that ensures business continuity and helps to achieve talent goals.
  • Build credible relationships across the organization to take a global perspective in facilitating effective employee communications, problem-solving, and solutions-based outcomes.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to develop competencies and standards for leaders at all levels of the organization and oversee the delivery of leadership development programs organization-wide that leverage employees’ unique talents and motivate their sustained commitment to Forte’s success.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into talent development opportunities through development programs that will meet Forte's ongoing business needs.
  • Provide leadership, HR expertise, and coaching in core HR areas including, talent acquisition, development, retention, compensation, and risk management.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Recruitment department to mitigate all the HR-related questions during the sales or hire process.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Works closely with leaders, employees, and internal partners to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase engagement and retention across the organization.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting thorough and timely investigations through to resolution and debriefing to put into practice solutions that mitigate future concerns.
  • Manage data related to employees that include TTS, ATS, and corresponding systems ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Proven track record to showcase quantifiable progress related to HR activity correlated to KPI’s.
  • Work closely with all consultants that are rolling off the projects or onboarding new projects.
  • Negotiate compensation with employees that are tied to the competency strategy of the organization.
  • Responsible for the implementation of all the company policies organization-wide.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to instill brand awareness company-wide and outside of the company.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in human resource management.
  • Human Resources experience in a technology consulting environment is a must.
  • Expertise in developing strategic partnerships with senior management and influencing critical business decisions.
  • Ability to manage human resources at the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Compensation negotiation skills experience is a must.
  • Intellectual acumen, sound judgment, professional and personal integrity, initiative, and flexibility, combined with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive, high energy, independent, results-oriented demeanor, and a strong drive to succeed
  • PHR or SHRM certification
  • Experience with employment law to find solutions to mitigate risk in employee labor relations matters.
  • Experience working with employees that require visa sponsorship. Visa status and process knowledge.
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
